So Charli XCX was at an event this weekend and I think she looked very good. In some ways i miss her hair when it was just long and semi untamed cause she has very good hair but I am really enjoying the splash of red in her shorter cut right now and she has looked pretty good on the red carpet recently. So I am excited to post her but there is really an even more appropriate reason to post her and that is my dear friend Katherine. Everyone knows how much I like Charli XCX if they follow this blog, she’s probably my favorite. But I like my friend Katherine way more. Usually this is when I link to the person’s tumblr and talk about how tumblr made our friendship but it didn’t. She doesn’t have one. She’s just the only person who knows I have this blog that isn’t on tumblr and she turns out to be a powerful metaphor for what people are losing with tumblr. That’s a safe space. Katherine knows cause I trust her and she is kind and non judgy and could see the good in my blog and past the name I suppose. And even if she didn’t get why someone would create this blog at the outset she understand that I needed some outlet. People had that with tumblr and even if their blog isn’t going to be deleted and directly impacted I think a lot of people feel that they have lost their safe space. A place where they could anonymously be themselves and largely not be judged. It’s what the internet should be for. I am lucky, my safe space will remain my friends, most especially my dear friend Katherine. But I am old, I have had years to create these spaces in my lives. Not everyone has the luxury of being old. Either way I am posting Charli because I am intensely attracted to her and she is just a good choice here. Cause I love her and Katherine doesn’t get it. But doesn’t make me feel like I am wrong (in part because she’s obviously wrong). I am glad to have both and I am glad I had this tumblr. Today I want to fuck Charli XCX.

Here is my beloved Charli XCX who was in Paper Magazine because… well, I don’t know why. For magazine reasons I would assume. I know for most of my life people have talked about how they get their magazines for the articles but for me I mainly consume magazines for the pictures. It makes my subscription to the Economist amazingly unrewarding. Which is a killer joke if you have ever seen the tightly packed text dense pages of the Economist. It’s ok if you didn’t know that, the joke still works and by works I mean it’s my way of signaling my intelligence and sophistication. Obviously I nailed that when I named this blog though. Anyway, I didn’t plan this for today. In case you were wondering, I don’t schedule major magazine shoots. I don’t have that power. But I mean today is a big day for me and sometimes I pick someone special for it but someone special picked herself I guess? It’s probably fate. Either way, I’m making a great case for another restraining order. Oh well. She looked good though and I like Charli XCX a lot. Today I want to fuck Charli XCX.

Charli XCX released the video for 1999 yesterday and what a perfect excuse to post her. Fun fact, I was alive in 1999 and I remember it. I enjoyed the references even though, let’s be honest, nostalgic looks back in time are never accurate. They are a reflection of what we find important today, not a reflection of the times. But that’s what makes it fun. It was a fun video. It’s a good song. She looked really hot in some of it. So today I want to fuck Charli XCX.

Charli XCX spent last week on vacation in Jamaica and it included a picture basically every day of her in a swimsuit or something like that. I am not usually the type to post a bunch of pictures of girls in their bikinis but I thought she looked really good. And sometimes I am just that simple. Today I want to fuck Charli XCX.

Here is Charli XCX guys because her birthday was earlier this week. I don’t do like, birthday posts for celebrities because it seems silly to me to care much about the birthday of someone you don’t know. But I am aware it’s her birthday because it came up on social media and there were lots of pictures of her and what not and I appreciate the fact that Charli XCX exists, thus I am generally happy she was born. Charli XCX is a substantial talent and I happen to love her work. I have gone into that a lot here and it’s one of those things where either you agree with me or you don’t. It’s not really of much concern to me anymore. I just felt like I should point it out because I am not posting her for any particular reason and it can feel boring to just go, here she is, she’s hot, thanks. Like I should point out that she is not just hot but also very talented. So that’s about it really. Today I want to fuck Charli XCX.

So the Video for 5 in the Morning came out and thus I am posting Charli XCX. Cause I think Charli XCX is hot as fuck and I like her music. I don’t have any deeper meaning or thoughts there. I like how she looks. I like how she sounds. I quite like her in general. Today I want to fuck Charli XCX.

I started this by thinking, man, I haven’t posted Charli XCX in ages. And I was like, well, then it’s a good time to post her. But somewhere in the back of my mind I wondered if that was true. I did some extensive research, which involved me clicking the link to my blog then using my finger to scroll down and then both eyes to look at the pictures and words on my blog to discover that it has been three days since I last posted Charli XCX. Which is forever in XCX years I guess. What can I say, I like her. I saw some pictures of her performing on the Reputation tour and I liked how she looked so here are pictures of her on stage. Enjoy I suppose. Today I want to fuck Charli XCX.

Charli XCX put out a new track today and I quite like it. 5 in the Morning if you want to go look. She shared it everywhere, including here on tumblr so it shouldn’t be too high effort to find it. She is amazingly prolific and at this point pretty clearly addicted to the studio since she is on tour yet I constantly see her posting about finding time in the studio between dates. Who knows when she actually recorded this but I am thankful for more Charli. And you know, I so rarely have ever posted her I guess I will this once. Have I even posted her before? I am not sure. It’s a mystery, I’ll have to look and see. Maybe once or something. Today I want to fuck Charli XCX.

I have been waiting like two whole days for Marc Jacobs to release something other than a little video of Charli XCX walking around to promote their new eyewear stuff. Two whole days. Well, I can wait no more so I just made some damn gifs because man does Charli look absolutely amazing. Just so good. I dig the whole sorta 70’s vibe and I guess the glasses are nice too? I dunno, Marc Jacobs, you’re really dropping the ball here, leaving money on the table. Think about how many glasses my blog would sell. Like upwards of one maybe! Money on the table guys.
