This post is super late cause it’s been a long, tiring day and I am uh… long and tired.  No, that isn’t it, just tired.  Sorry, it’s rainy and… well, it’s dreary and raining and who wouldn’t like a little color and sunshine in their life so here is cosplayer Ani-Mia who I am pretty new to knowing but I have really liked what I have seen of her work.  Like, among my favorite costumes in the DC are Zatanna and Black Canary, really any version of Zatanna except the Satellite era Justice League and pretty much any Black Canary though her original Birds of Prey costumes lacks fishnets which always felt wrong to me.  Anyway, so she checked off both of those but the whole way I first noticed her was her Jubilee. Now, there is every chance I had seen her cosplay for years before then cause I do that with all sorts of stuff, you only start to notice how prevalent a thing is once you notice it.  Like say… I dunno, White Nationalism.  Then it’s like, holy fuck, how did we get to this place, I thought we’d all agreed Nazi’s were the bad guys.  They’re like 90% of all video game bad guys in shooters.  So you know, like that but a pleasant thing to notice was Ani-Mia.  When I was a kid the focal character you were supposed to relate to was Kitty Pryde and so I kinda wished she was my girlfriend.  As I hit my pre-teens the focal character you were supposed to relate to was Jubilee and so I kinda wished I was her.  So I was thrilled to see what is honestly killer Jubilee cosplay cause I have a real soft spot for that silly yellow jacket and those sunglasses.  I mean, it’s pretty much dead on except for the part where Jubilee was 13 when I was reading about her and like… I dunno, something makes her feel older but what is a cosplayer supposed to do about that?  It’s dead on.  Also, there are other pretty pictures here but really I enjoy her work.  I appreciate that cosplayers take the time to bring characters to life, especially when it’s well done.  I like pretty costumes and I like pretty clothes and I like pretty girls.  So I am a fan.  Today I want to fuck Ani-Mia.
