So if you look in the first picture of this post you’ll notice that picture is amazing. I saw it yesterday for the first time and it was posted by someone I have followed for a long time called @nomalez and his reaction was “Who is that girl”.  I had the same reaction.  And the original source had no details and it is this very frustrating thing you see  all the time on the internet, models or artists and you see their work and there is no way to know who it is from because someone saved the picture and reposted it.  Sometimes that can’t be helped.  By the time it gets to whoever posted it they just saw it and saved it and it was an unidentified nebulous model.  So I did some digging because I am really good at research. It took a while because her picture just lead to a lot of tumblrs and pinterests and message board with names like, “Fine Black Girls” and “Body Paint OMG” and so on.  Nothing about who did it.  Eventually I found an instagram with the picture that was of that sort and a comment from the photographed who goes by Mymanbriscoe claiming ownership.  I followed it back and yup, he took the picture and the girl is named Nikky Coole.  This was a lot of work and work I realize most people don’t do because they aren’t insane.  But this is a crime. Not that they aren’t doing the work but that pictures are disseminated this way. It is our job to stop it when we can.  You have seen the blogs who really perpetuate this and you can stop it by not following them and not reblogging them.  I see stuff sometimes that I would like to reblog but I don’t because under the picture, rather than the name of the model who is in the picture or the name of the person who took the picture or the name of the person who drew the comic is just gross self promotion.  You know it, “For more like this click here and follow Hot XXX Sluts”.  It’s a problem in like 12 ways sometimes but the big one is that these blogs are taking these pictures, and let’s be honest most of the time taking them from tumblrs so they could just reblog it, reposting it to get attention and notes for themselves, and just promoting themselves.  At best these will just say a name and a link back to their blog.  I avoid these blogs and you should too.  They are easy to spot.  If you see a humor blog and the comics and pictures on it are all over the map, that blog is not creating them, they are stealing them.  If you see pictures of models you don’t recognize and it is just a link to Hot Models or Gentleman Boners or whatever, it’s one of those blogs.  Here is the reason this is an issue, that top picture was taken by a photographer in Philadelphia and the Model is from France and the picture was taken in Washington, DC.  Which means she had to arrange people to shoot with while she was in the US.  To do this she needs to be known as a person. You may not be in a position to hire her or have any desire to and so you probably think it doesn’t matter but you are costing her money.  Every person who is self employed is essentially a small business.  The hardest thing about working for yourself is getting work.  Not because you aren’t smart or capable or hardworking but because most of the world has no idea you even exist.  So if someone who might like her work sees her and no name… people are busy, most people can’t put in the effort.  And why are those blogs doing it?  Cause they want to drive up their own follower and note count.  It’s of no benefit to them except basically e-peen bragging.  So what I am saying is try to be conscious of this.  You can do your part to help this by basically not encouraging those blogs.  You don’t have to do what the original poster did, he goes above and beyond linking every bit of social media a model has when he reblogs her.  You just have to not encourage the bad behavior.  Anyway, I don’t have a ton to say about Nikky Coole herself.  She says she is an Actress, Model, Writer, and Producer on her various bits of web presence.  I don’t know more than that because everything else is in French, which makes sense given she is French.  I think she is hot and that’s all my posts boil down to some days.  I see a girl, I see she’s hot, she ends up here. She’s here because she’s really hot in that first picture.  Today I want to fuck Nikky Coole.

Rose McIver was at one of the Women in Film events last night and iZombie was on last night and that feels like a good enough reason to post her if you ask me.  I like her.  She is pretty and I really like the show.  Sometimes it’s just that simple.  Sorry, it’s storming and i want to get this out before I lose power because it’s annoying to have to refind all the pictures.  Today I want to fuck Rose McIver.

Hey guys, I am posting Hannah Ray again after just doing so last week but it’s because she’s really, really gorgeous and keeps killing it with new pictures.  So I wanted to.  I am forever impressed with her sense of style in that everything she seems to wear is so distinctively her and always looks so great.  I mean, it’s nothing my brain would be able to assemble, so it’s light years from where I naturally go but when I see it on her it just looks amazing.  And so do her pictures.  I mean, she looks great in them but more often I just find myself admiring the photos, they are just beautiful pictures.  So she’s here because I really like all of that and also, as stated, she’s gorgeous.  So today I want to fuck Hannah Ray.

The Tony’s were last night and what a strange and interesting world where there are theater awards and the person who stood out is a model who, as far as I know, has done no acting.  Certainly I am unaware of any on the stage. Candice Swanepoel looked really nice though and it’s nice to get the rare red carpet look from her.  She looked really good and that’s about it. Today I want to fuck Candice Swanepoel.

I couldn’t remember if I had posted Aly Raisman or not before.  I know I had seriously considered it before but I guess it didn’t happen.  She was at something for the CMAs the other day and I really liked her dress which got her back in my head.  The dress didn’t make it here because as much as I liked the dress I feel like it would be a missed opportunity to only put her in gowns that kind of make her look like anyone else on the red carpet.  Maybe that would be good too, a whole different point but I feel like there is a lot of value in pointing out that Aly Raisman’s body is not one that conforms to what we would consider typical feminine beauty standards but she is still very attractive.  There is a lot to unpack here and I am probably ill suited to do so but I feel like I have to share some thoughts since I brought it up.  One of the reasons I enjoy ESPN’s body issue each year is not because naked athletes are fun to look at, though often they are, it’s because it really does emphasize how amazing the human body can be.  Anyone appearing in the issue is in just amazing shape and is at the top of what they do.  They have honed their body into the perfect machine for exceptional athletic feats.  Those feats are often different and it means that their bodies are often very different.  They take amazingly different shapes and sizes because they have been honed towards a certain activity.  It is beautiful and fascinating and destroys the concept of one size fits all.  I encourage you to look at Prince Fielder’s body issue pictures at some point and realize that his body is not our conception of what someone in shape is supposed to look like but the truth is he is in better shape than everyone reading this.  Probably.  I guess Charlotte Caslick might have been an avid reader of this blog since I posted her.  Feel free to say high if that’s true.  Anyway, my point is Aly Raisman is not what we think of either as what a woman looks like if she is at the gym all the time but I defy you to look at her and find a single flaw in her physical structure.  She is undeniably physical perfection in the condition of her body.  It’s a little staggering to look at her.  In general I like this.  And I happen to find it beautiful to regard and think she is pretty as a result.  I guess my second point is you don’t have to.  I appreciate that tumblr and the internet tries to be inclusive in what is beautiful and so on but they also take it too far.  Look, if you find someone unattractive that’s actually ok.  If you feel the need to loudly voice it without being asked, then you’re a dick.  There’s an important distinction here.  I don’t know that in every situation people need to keep quiet for politeness but you should probably ask yourself what the benefit of rude honesty is anytime you are prepared for it.  In the case of a stranger’s body on the internet it really isn’t that important that you let everyone know you aren’t down.  There is a caveat though, the rest of you need to stop making people feel guilty for not being attracted to someone.  It doesn’t make them a bad person.  We really aren’t in control of our sexual attraction, we tend to like what we like, even people like me who overthink every little bit of everything to the point that they have blogs about what they are attracted to.  And you can argue what factors have contributed to that person’s conception of beauty but it doesn’t change how they feel.  We can’t control how we feel, just how we act on it.  And look, I would love to claim that people have to be attracted to someone just because say they are funny and smart.  This would benefit me greatly as I am hilarious, brilliant, and humble.  But I am also old and out of shape and I look at pictures of me as a teenager and wonder what the hell happened.  Well, age did.  But in the end I can be as clever as I like, big heads and soft bodies make for lousy lovers to steal a line.  My point is people should perhaps examine things from a broader perspective because you should be attracted to someone because they are a good person/nice/kind/smart is a weapon that has been wielded unevenly for ages.  If you’re a girl and reading this you probably have felt pressure many times in your life, even if it just came form inside, to find a guy attractive because he was so decent.  Just because we change the standards of what we are applying that to it’s the same unfair formula.  You can’t force attraction and no one should feel bad if they aren’t attracted to someone.  It feels like an important note because I see tumblr take it too far sometimes.  So what I am saying, because sometimes my posts get hate, is that this post is here because I am attracted to Aly Raisman.  This doesn’t make me a good person or a bad person.  I just am.  And you are welcome to be as well and that is fine.  You are welcome to not be and that is fine.  But I am.  Today I want to fuck Aly Raisman.

Here is Kate Upton cause it’s the weekend and it’s sunny and I am going to just go and enjoy the outdoors and uh… she looks like she is enjoying the outdoors to me.  I mean, also a bit ago SI released a whole bunch of unreleased pictures from the swimsuit issue and once again she looked great.  I am a fan.  So here she is in swimwear, mostly.  The gold slip dress seems like an odd beach choice but I am not complaining.  I am just saying trying to swim in it would be a bitch, the water would make it heavy and it would just not move well.  Probably why she’s in such shallow water in that shot.  She’s a smart one that Kate, she knows that’s a shallow water only piece of clothing.  Today I want to fuck Kate Upton.

It’s weird, TV is over for the most part for the year but iZombie started so late it is still going strong.  I just keep forgetting that fact because I am already out of the habit of checking my DVR.  Which is a nice surprise when I realize I have a 3 day old episode of a show sitting there on my DVR but you know, the show is still so good I’d like to watch it immediately.  It just feels like it deserves that. Anyway, Aly Michalka has impressed me with her acting on the show and it brings up some interesting thoughts on my end that I don’t know the answer to. I haven’t really considered her acting a lot in the past and I feel like part of that is because at her peak of fame, which was really sort of internet gossip blog fame more than anything else I guess, she was more famous as the girl who appeared in pictures on gossip blogs and was talked about a lot on the internet than she was as an actress.  Child Star gone hot is always a popular type for those kinds of places.  And I tried watching her CW show but just couldn’t get into it and didn’t watch enough to know how she did.  So I realized I had no actual opinion of her acting ability.  Like at all. Not positive or negative, I just thought she was beautiful.  But as Peyton on iZombie I have quite liked her. Charming, able to craft a character.  So I find myself wondering what part of the credit belongs to what because Rob Thomas shows always seem to get excellent performances.  So is he finding good actors, perhaps ones who didn’t get the chance the deserves elsewhere?  He is known to be an excellent writer, is the material just that strong, are the voices so distinctive on the page that the actors can’t help but inhabit the role so well?  Is it something else?  I don’t have answers, it’s just important to remind myself how collaborative a medium TV is, there are just so many factors at play.  But it is worth noting that I have liked Aly as her role on the show has expanded.  And she is still beautiful.  And my god… guys, the last episode, she was really hot.  I’d include proof but the truth is the show just isn’t popular enough for there to be much out there.  Just trust me, it was good.   Today I want to fuck Aly Michalka.

Charli XCX was performing at the Governor’s Ball earlier this week and I had been waiting for pictures to emerge and they have so she is here.  It’s nice because I am extremely attracted to Charli XCX, even if I am a little bummed we aren’t getting her album until late in the year.  Assumign we get it then.  Her career trajectory has been so strange and the album being pushed back mixed with Atlantic’s sudden decision to charge for her free mix tape and release it on Radio and just… well, it has always been clear that they don’t know how to handle her but also maybe she will never be what they want.  I was thinking about that last night and how much her sound seems to shift constantly, which makes sense since she is an excellent song writer (and that’s probably why they want to keep her because she can write hits for other people) but also very creative and creative people usually don’t want to be boxed in.  I mean, early on she got all that critical praise mixed with no album sales.  She probably counted more critics as fans than non critics as fans at some point because I remember True Romance sold notably low numbers when it was first released.  But… well, I don’t need to go into this album by album.  I liked Sucker plenty but I know she didn’t and I can see how it could be considered the label forcing her to try and recreate I Love It.  I happened to like Vroom Vroom a lot but maybe the world isn’t ready for PC Music.  Maybe the world never will be.  Anyway, I was thinking about all of this and the concept that pop music is frivolous or silly but it is clear there is artistic intent and integrity to what Charli XCX does as well as a lot of hard work. I suppose those who like to decry pop could claim that’s why she has never become a true star, because pop music rewards sameness, not innovation.  I would argue those people are assholes because as someone who grew up a punk kid and spent a lot of time going to indie rock shows, no genre really rewards innovation and pretty much everyone wants to slap you down if you don’t conform.  Trust me, no one conforms to the pressure of peer standards more than a group of non conformists.  Anyway, I was thinking about this and I hope her new album comes out eventually but more I hope it is just whatever she wants it to be.  I happen to quite like her and on top of that I also find her extremely attractive.  I guess both are why she’s here but the second part more so right now.  Today I want to fuck Charli XCX.

The Glamour Women of the Year Awards happened last night in the UK and Holly Willoughby looked fantastic.  This is very convenient for me because the night before I had a really odd dream about Holly Willoughby.  I didn’t post her but then it stuck with me for some reason.  It wasn’t even a good dream, it was just a dream that was kind of stressful and strange.  But it happened and she was on my mind and now she ends up looking the best at some event and… well, it must be a sign of some sort.  What kind of sign?  I don’t know, that’s the trouble with signs and portents and prophesies and so on, no one know what they mean until after whatever they are predicting or showing happens.  This makes them largely useless.  So I will just say it’s a sign that my brain knew she’d look really good at some point this week.  It still isn’t helpful in bettering my life but it does give me the chance to imply I am a special little brain snowflake, able to predict the future or something.  Anyway, just look at that smile, she looks great.  She is beautiful.  Today I want to fuck Holly Willoughby.

Pixie Lott did what was honestly a pretty weird photoshoot for Wonderland Magazine but it’s weird in a good way, which is why I am posting her.  I have a hard time coming up with things to say about Pixie pretty often because liking her boils down basically to her being really, really pretty.  Like the kind of pretty where I see her in pictures and I am always like, “wow, she’s so pretty”.  So I decided to count how many times I have used the word “pretty” in posts about Pixie Lott. The answer is 44 times in 26 posts.  Well, this is post 27 and now I have said pretty 49 times.  I guess I think she’s pretty.  That makes an even 50.  Today I want to fuck Pixie Lott.
