Emily Ratajkowski showed up in the Mexican version of Vogue and she looked hot as fuck. So she’s here. That’s about the long and short of it. When she cleans up she cleans up nice and it’s always nice to get a good pictoral from her. Today I want to fuck Emily Ratajkowski.
Here is Alice Eve who I know I have considered posting before but somehow she’s been waiting 6 and a half years to show up. I guess that happens. I actually guess I haven’t seen that many Alice Eve things but I have pictures of her because I first noticed her in uh… boy, I don’t know what. I feel like my brain is making up this movie but there was like a Robert Downey Jr. movie where he fought crime as Edgar Allen Poe? That seems ridiculous. That can’t be real so I assume I am combining Sherlock Holmes with a fever dream I had. Not that Hollywood wouldn’t make an Edgar Allen Poe as a steampunk superhero, that’s exactly the kind of misguided bullshit they pulled constantly a decade ago. I just can’t imagine in a post Iron Man world Robert Downey Jr. made two bad Victorian era sorta Superhero movies. It doesn’t seem possible. I could look it up but now that I’ve gone down this rabbi thole that feels like giving up. Besides, reality will be much more disappointing than how hot I remember Alice Eve being in this movie that might not have existed (you may not know but I really enjoy period costumes). My point is, that’s when I noticed her. Here we are though, like a decade later and I just started Iron Fist season 2. She’s Typhoid Mary in it! Boy, that’s exciting for lots of treasons including the fact that Typhoid Mary is definitely a mutant in the comics so I am curious how they slipped that past Fox. Anyway, Typhoid Mary has been a character that is all over the map in terms of quality but I can remember a few really good stories and I love my obscure Marvel characters. You know, like Misty Knight and Colleen Wing used to be. I also like Alice Eve’s work so far. She seems TV crazy and I wouldn’t be stunned if people criticize that but that’s really pretty dead on the comic version, who is very over the top sort of crazy. And hey, why not take this chance to make up for a movie that almost definitely half real. Today I want to fuck Alice Eve.
Here is Melissa Benoist because she is apparently in Paris. She was at the Christian Dior show and she looked absolutely beautiful. I miss getting to post her more often but I stopped watching Supergirl and what’s more she shows up in pictures less cause I guess the show is less of a big deal than it was at launch. There was a real deluge of her on the red carpet then. Less now. It’s a shame because I did think she made a fantastic Kara Zor-El, the show, like all the CW shows really, just ended up getting mired in stuff I found uninteresting as it went on. She’s here now though and man she looks so good. Today I want to fuck Melissa Benoist.
It feels like forever since Mary Elizabeth Winstead showed up here and man that’s a crime. But I can’t generate pictures out of thing air. Sadly. She was at a premier during the LA Film Festival and so that’s good enough for me. She is so beautiful. Today I want to fuck Mary Elizabeth Winstead.
Here is Candice Swanepoel on account of her tremendous beauty. It’s really the last picture that got her here because it feels so thoughtful. Sometimes you really want to appreciate a nice pair of shows but there’s just way too much going on to do that. There are clothes and stuff to distract you and draw the eye and you never really get to consider the shoes like you should. She took care of that problem. It’s a kindness to all of us so you can really focus on those shoes. That strap is so elegant. I love the red bottoms on heels, it always is striking. Really thoughtful of her so I decided to post her. Obviously, I have had my issues with her in the past, what with her obsessive stalking of me and all, but credit due where credit is due, this was really nice of you Candy. Thanks. Today I want to fuck Candice Swanepoel.
I get the impression not everyone is as into the Blake Lively suit parade as I am but that’s ok, I’m used to being an iconoclast. I am ok being on my own here cause I think she looks cool as fuck. So I am posting her. Sure one or two were a miss. Someone needs to let people know that purple and green together are villain colors. That’s basic color theory. But otherwise she’s looked great and i love it. There is always something fun to look at, like her shoes on that orange suit. Or like the lace sleeves in the pinstripe one. Or her face in all of them. I dig it all. Today I want to fuck Blake Lively.
Back early this summer the trailer for Ghoul hit and it was very exciting for me. It is an Indian production based on Arabic legends and was made by Netflix. I know for some people that doesn’t sound like the greatest thing ever but as a horror fan I am lucky to realize the wider the range of voices in your media the better. Horror as a genre is our most primal and has always been a mirror to the society that makes it. Usually without realizing it, horror trends tell us what a society really fears and what it values. Individual horror movies make excellent vehicles for getting across a message. So horror movies from other countries are always rich in both a way to gain insight to another place and also because it can be unsettling in surprising ways because you see things you didn’t know were coming because they come from such a different place. There’s a reason once Asian horror hit our shores 20 years ago it was suddenly everywhere. People couldn’t get enough of it because it was so fresh. And I was hoping for the same from this. I mean, not to spark a revolution but I have seen very, very few Indian horror movies because horror movies were always rare in Bollywood cinema and still are pretty uncommon and my knowledge of Indian cinema does not extend past Bollywood. So a miniseries horror show from India? Awesome. Tapping into an under used legend? Awesome. And the verdict? Well, it’s not bad. I dug it and I dug it for a lot of the reasons above. I am not an expert on Indian society but this seemed to have strong things to say about the government crack down on free speech that has been going on (the phrase “It can be hard to make an intellectual a good citizen” was scary and scary in a way that crosses cultures). On top of that it is creepy and unsettling at times and really ends well. Add in that it introduced me to Radhika Apte who fucking rules. I am completely unfamiliar with her and her work because she isn’t a Bollywood actress I guess? She’s a Kollywood actress. And my knowledge of Bollywood is pretty spotty, you get to other language families and regional cinemas and it’s really not much at all. My whole association wiht Tamil has to do with politics in Sri Lanka, so that’s basically nothing. No, that is nothing. So I have no knowledge of her other work but she’s cool as fuck here. It seems like a hard role, or at least a hard role for me as an outsider to connect with maybe. There is not a lot in my experience that should connect with her character, she feels very alien to me. But I did. I cared a lot. I liked her a lot. So I am posting her. Today I want to fuck Radhika Apte.
Here is Nicki Minaj cause it’s about time. Or maybe I’ve already posted her once recently. I don’t know. I just know that she has a dedication to fashion week most years and i appreciate it. This has not been her best year, which is no comment on what she wore but rather that the standards she has set in the past are so high that if I am not blown away I don’t even feel like it’s worth mentioning. That said, a couple of her looks I do like a lot this year. And she’s in Milan now because she has a line coming out and I keep waiting to see more of it. Not that I would wear it but that I like pictures. But I am still waiting. I guess this stuff will have to tide me over. Today I want to fuck Nicki Minaj.
A Simple Favor just keeps paying dividends. First of all, it’s getting really good reviews and I am looking forward to seeing it. This is good because I have mentioned before I was hungry for a good Anna Kendrick film. It feels like it’s been a while and that’s a shame because she’s a really good actress. I hate seeing people wasted on just not good stuff. So that’s a nice win. On top of that it’s just premier after premier and press thing after press thing. We’ve gotten so much Anna Kendrick (and Blake Lively) that it feels like a real win for all of us as far as I am concerned. Today I want to fuck Anna Kendrick.
So Kristen Bell looked like some sort of heavenly being at the Emmys. Just angelic and beautiful and wow I like her dress a lot. I like her a lot. I have brought this up probably once before. I am excited for the return of the Good Place next week, mildly hopeful for what new Veronica Mars might bring and I don’t have a third thing but for some reason this mini list felt like it needed three things so I am looking forward to, I dunno, there’s a Frozen 2 in the works, right? I did like Frozen a lot, we’ll go with that. Anyway, she looked great so here she is. Today I want to fuck Kristen Bell.
