The BAFTAs were this weekend and Karen Gillan looked good in all the BAFTA and BAFTA related things I saw her attend. I also think Karen Gillan is great. She is beautiful and funny and charming and silly and I tend to like her in basically everything I see her in. So I am posting Karen Gillan because I like her a lot and hey she looked good. I know such a simple formula makes for boring posts but what am I supposed to do? It’s not my fault she’s amazing. Today I want to fuck Karen Gillan.
So here is Madelaine Petsch because she’s hot. Which, I would point out is the third day in a row that I have posted someone with the reasoning that they are hot. What can I say, I am on a creative hot streak. I mean, some stuff happened this weekend event wise and stuff but it’s pretty slow and I am not opposed to a stretch where I just post whatever pretty girl comes to mind as opposed to whatever pretty girl shows up at a thinly veiled attempt to advertise something. The Super Bowl sorta tried this year but didn’t try as hard as it did in past years. I guess it’s harder to get celebrities to show up when it’s below zero. I don’t blame them because who cares, I assume like me everyone wishes both teams could lose. Anyway, Madelaine Petsch is pretty and her hair is red. These are facts. Here is an anticipatory post of Jessica Chastain. She is hosting Saturday Night Live tonight (thanks @wildflagsure) and I am thinking about maybe trying to see Molly’s Game tonight. So let’s be honest, if she is on SNL I will likely post her. If I see Molly’s Game I will definitely post her. She is exceptional. And I have no idea how she’ll be as an SNL host, serious actors often don’t have the certain thing it takes there but I promise you that her performance in Molly’s Game is great. Here is Russian super spy and model Anastasia Scheglova. She is here because I saw a new shoot with her and I quite liked what I saw. None of that is here because I can’t post those, there is a severe lack of tops in it but it was very good. She looked very good. She is very attractive and um… that’s about it. I mean, also she’s likely some sort of evil Russian spy but that joke was a lot funnier in 2016 when I used to make it. Now it’s just a little depressing. Oh well. So it’s a snow day here and that means time to go walk and see a movie. I saw Jumanji because I have kind of wanted to despite the cultural dread that a 20 year later squeal to a not very good movie based on a kids book with unsettling art would be pretty bad. I wanted to go though because I happen to think The Rock is pretty great all the time and I think Kevin Hart and Jack Black can be very funny, and I love Karen Gillan. It’s just a lot of those people have track records for being in some not so great stuff. Well, except for Karen Gillan who is largely in very good stuff though it’s often never watched by anyone. Anyway, the reviews were good though and I took the plunge and this movie was really a lot of fun. Stupid, silly fun. Which is what it set out to be I think. I don’t think it will be anyone’s favorite movie of the year but it was exactly what it wanted to be, a movie that revolves around some very talented comedic actors getting to act very silly and tell the obvious jokes that still are hilarious. Karen was great, too. Watching her try to flirt as someone who has no idea how to be sexy was great. She was great. And you know, she was hot. You’ve seen the pictures. It was surprisingly good and you know, I don’t need much of a reason to post Karen Gillan because I adore her. So here she is. Today I want to fuck Karen Gillan.
Today was a hard day to pick guys. Because if you don’t know, the Golden Globes are tonight and really mark the for real start of awards season. That means yesterday was full of events and dinners and galas and who knows what else. Lots of red carpets and so on. Lots of people I like showing up at more than one event in more than one dress. But Jessica Chastain won out because I love Jessica Chastain. I am well aware she might get posted tomorrow because tomorrow I will no doubt post the person who wows me the most at the Golden Globes red carpet. Oh well, I can deal with that. To my shame of the major nominees I have seen basically like 2 movies. I really wanted to get out to see Lady Bird at some point this week but it’s been really cold and I am a delicate flower. I didn’t want to wilt. So it means that I have no real opinions on who should win what but I feel confident saying if Jessica Chastain wins it’s well deserved because I feel she is the best working actor in the world right now. It’s possible she is suddenly terrible in Molly’s Game but I doubt it. So I guess I am pulling for her? Today I want to fuck Jessica Chastain.
I was watching Lore last night, which is a TV show based on a podcast I quite like. It’s like spooky 99% invisible. Or maybe spooky Memory Palace. Look, if you know what those words mean then you probably understand what it is and if those words mean nothing to you know that I am just super cool and this is all super cool chick magnet stuff like you’d expect from me. Anyway, I was up to the second episode after watching the first in October because… sorry Amazon, it just never, ever occurs to me to go watch your shows. It just doesn’t. You aren’t even like my 4th option on the, “I’m bored, I am going to put something on” list. It’s not you, it’s me. Mostly. So I watched and it’s set in Ireland and I was like, “Hey, this redhead is really very attractive and she is giving me a vibe like I know her”. I looked it up and it was Holland Roden. Well there we go, I was right on both counts. She is attractive and I know her. I thought I had posted her a few times in the past but it turns out one time ever. Who knew? Well here she is again because she is really pretty and um… to my terrible ears her Irish Accent was good. And I know nothing because I’m an American but I’m confident about it! Today I want to fuck Holland Roden.
Hey guys, I hope Christmas went well for everyone. If not well, it’s over. Here in America today is offically known as the day after Christmas but I know my UK friends and Canadian friends and whatever other places out there consider today a holiday as well. Being an American I don’t really understand what fighting has to do with Christmas but I want every one of you to know that I am pulling for you and hope you win. I guess some of you might face off against each other? I don’t know how matches are set but in that case I just hope no one gets hurt. Either way, good luck. Remember, power thrills but speed kills, so keep moving. You want to keep your feet moving and stay on the balls of your feet, being flat footed is the quickest way to lose. Don’t be over anxious, wait for an opening and keep your opponent away with quick punches like jabs. You have this, I have faith in all of you. I am so glad that Chastain season started early this year and has sustained itself for so long. At this rate, Molly’s Game will take us all the way to the Golden Globes and then the cavalcade of Hollywood self congratulation should assure us an uninterrupted Chastain season through March. This is very exciting. Usually when I post Jessica Chastain I talk about her acting because I believe she is the best Actor working right now. Like, I don’t have a doubt at all when I say that. I watch a lot of movies. Plenty of bad ones but I also watch almost all the big Oscar bait ones and pretty much all the major awards films each year and no one is better at filling out and breathing life into a character than Jessica Chastain. Often with very little on the page she is able to make a fully formed person who you can understand and see as a three dimensional being just in the way she inhabits them. She is remarkable. Sorry, my point was usually I talk about her acting but I have no plans to today. Other than that little aside because on top of that, her sense of style is just unimpeachable. It’s amazing how good she looks on the red carpet. She just exudes grace, which is not something everyone can pull off. She is beautiful yes but there is something else. I guess my point is it’s crazy just how talented she is. She is a good enough actress that she could wear a garbage bag with holes cute out on the red carpet and I’d be like, “Well, that looks terrible but she’s such a good actress I am posting her anyway”. And she could be a garbage actress but with the way she looks on the red carpet I’d be like, “Well, I really don’t like almost anything she’s in but man she just looks so perfect in a gown”. Instead she’s great at both. Which would seem greedy coming from some people but she has such effortless grace that it feels right. She is above us all. Today I want to fuck Jessica Chastain.
