I have been waiting like two whole days for Marc Jacobs to release something other than a little video of Charli XCX walking around to promote their new eyewear stuff. Two whole days. Well, I can wait no more so I just made some damn gifs because man does Charli look absolutely amazing. Just so good. I dig the whole sorta 70’s vibe and I guess the glasses are nice too? I dunno, Marc Jacobs, you’re really dropping the ball here, leaving money on the table. Think about how many glasses my blog would sell. Like upwards of one maybe! Money on the table guys. Today I want to fuck Charli XCX.

Here is Charli XCX who is currently winning Coachella by well, being kind of a big music nerd. She spent a lot of time yesterday posting videos of herself alone dancing to music because her friends all went out to do other things. She looked good, she is fun, I enjoyed it. I am also losing at sleep still, almost as badly as she is winning at Coachella so I don’t have a lot else to say. So I made some gifs and am posting her. Enjoy. Today I want to fuck Charli XCX.

Here is some Charli XCX because why not. I mean, I know at least one of you has a reason why not because it does annoy one of my friends when I post Charli. But to the rest of you I say why not. I have no particular reason aside from finding Charli XCX extremely attractive mixed with being slightly out of it this morning because a scam telephone call woke me up at 6:30. Who starts scamming people at 6:30 in the morning? Anyway, I think Charli XCX is stupid hot and ridiculously talented and what I really like is that she loves music. Which seems obvious but I mean in a way my friends and I that worked at a record store loved music. You would seek out new things, you would desperately want to share it with people when you found something awesome. I remember at some point in the late 90’s this guy I worked with just grabbed a random album because the cover was cool and on the back someone was credited as a zanzithophone player. No one had any clue what the zanzithophone was (later we found out it was a very short run musical instrument from Casio in the 1980’s that had a lot of major flaws, including no where for the spit to go when you were blowing into it so eventually they would sort of implode because they were electronic and would be filled with spit). Anyway, he came in the next day, shoved a copy in my hands and said I had to buy it. I did the same to others. That album was the classic In the Aeroplane Over the Sea. It was tremendous and I love knowing about it and I had a need to share. So Charli XCX feels like that kind of music fan. She made a long post here on tumblr just a couple of weeks ago with a list of female musicians she thinks everyone needs to hear. I have gone through it. Some of the I knew. Some of them I didn’t. Some of them are tremendous. Her radio show for Apple is similar, she seems to spend all her time trying to get people to hear music she thinks is great and is horrified more people don’t know. This is basically never her music. That’s a pretty big rarity among celebrity, spending all your time promoting someone else because you just love it and want others to know about it. I have seen it said she is too generous to be a successful pop star. But I love it. I imagine maybe somewhere deep down it was why I was drawn to her from the word go, the second I became aware of her I was into her. So today I want to fuck Charli XCX.

Here is Rihanna because Rihanna is one of those people who can look good in anything. It’s just a big part of her thing. She is beautiful and always looks good. So there was a launch for some of her beauty stuff and she showed up and it was like, oh right, Rihanna looks amazing because she’s Rihanna. I am amazed at how good some of what she wears looks and yet I don’t think anyone else could pull it off. This isn’t she looks so good she transcends an ugly dress or something. It legitimately is gorgeous stuff, it’s just stuff that somehow I don’t think anyone else could pull off. It would look wrong on everyone else in the world. That’s an impressive feat for her. Also, terrible for Goodwill. Just saying. I have never seen her wear the same thing twice so I am just imagining it in some goodwill store and everyone looks at it and goes, “Wow, that’s amazing but… no, I can’t pull it off”. Today I want to fuck Rihanna.

You can be forgiven if you didn’t know I like Charli XCX because it’s been almost 3 months since I last posted her and that is basically the longest I have ever gone without posting her since she first appeared on this blog. It’s a really long time. It wasn’t intentional. So much exciting is happening too. I am jealous of everyone who got to see her Pop 2 stuff but understand why that can’t hit the road. I guess Taylor Swift fans will get to under appreciate her because that is the perpetual fate of opening acts. People jingling car keys in their pockets and wondering who that is on stage. What a waste. Anyway, I adore Charli and spent a good bit of last night listening to True Romance era stuff. It is interesting how different and yet how her it is. I adore Charli, I feel like those who know me know that and I have loved her evolution that allows for older stuff I love and markedly different new stuff I still love. So here is a mix of old and new pictures because it felt thematically resonant. Today I want to fuck Charli XCX.

I have to say, I did not think that the next time I posted Tove Lo it would be because of Tomb Raider. Like… if I had said that on here it would have been one of my jokes that was a complete non sequitur and I would have twisted myself in knots explaining why it made sense even though I knew it was just an absurdest statement meant to be funny. Yet here Tove Lo is because she was on the red carpet at the LA Premier of Tomb Raider. I don’t know why. Does she have a song in a movie? Did they just invite every Swedish Celebrity there because of Alicia Vikander? Are she and Alicia Vikander friends? I almost don’t want to make that last joke because I don’t think all Swedish people actually know each other but if I don’t I have this over riding fear that someone will reblog this with something like, “Uh, everyone knows they’re best friends because like all Swedish people they went to school together. Truth Serum is an entire EP about their friendship”. Then I’d look like some sort of poser jackass who didn’t know that Alicia Vikander is the person Tove Lo is trying to keep off her mind in Habits. Which if it turns out that’s true I totally knew. I am being coy so you get to feel good about yourself when you put me in my place. It just doesn’t seem accurate. But they could be friends. Who knows. My point is I am pleasantly surprised that the release of Tomb raider has me saying today I want to fuck Tove Lo.

So everything is in a post Oscars hangover as it is every year. Celebrities won’t show up much of anywhere for a few days. Literal hangovers might play into that as well. That means usually Monday involves Oscars posts and Tuesday involves OScars party posts as it can take until late Monday for all of the fashion from the parties to show up. So I am posting Miley Cyrus and guys, I am as surprised as you are. I wouldn’t have guessed this going in. I am a little surprised now. I am sure there will be people who don’t agree (I know one person who vehemently disagrees already) but I really liked what she wore to the parties. Both dresses were great but I especially love the Silver and Pink one she wore to the Elton John Party. I think it was really pretty and she looks really good. It was just a good look and out of nowhere Miley Cyrus has impressed me at like three events in a row? I never would have guessed. I mean, that sounds insulting but really, she just looked great and I didn’t know that I would ever be sayign that. Today I want to fuck Miley Cyrus.

It’s been a pretty slow celebrity week given we are closing in on the Oscars but maybe everyone is saving up everything for the weekend. Either way, it gives a chance to post Tinashe who was at the Hollywood Beauty awards. I think she was there like almost a week ago now but the pictures finally just showed up in places I could find because that happens sometimes. ANyway, I assume she won. First because she’s beautiful but also because she has a trophy. They may give participation trophies but I doubt it. Who knows. Who cares. I don’t. I just like getting pictures of Tinashe. That’s it. Today I want to fuck Tinashe.

Here’s Demi Lovato on account of my thinking she’s really beautiful. That’s it really. I am impressed that she has done something as a child star that is really hard to do, which is get better with age, have an upward trajectory after 17. It’s hard to do because the world loves to eat child stars up. So good for her. I just wanted to say something else positive though cause she’s really just hear cause Demi Lovato is really hot. Today I want to fuck Demi Lovato.
