One of the last, if not the last of Roger Ebert’s reviews I read before he died was for the horror film Mama, which stood out as being solid if not amazing but anchored by an extraordinary performance by Jessica Chastain who managed to lift everything around her. Roger Ebert commented in the review that the film was just further proof that she was one of the finest actors of her generation. This is basically how I feel about her because somehow everything she is in, like it or not, I am taken with her performance. I finally watched the Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby last night, the Her/Him variety and it was… not bad, but not great either. But Jessica Chastain was again on point. And she is of course beautiful which is part of the reason she’s here but the truth is she is just so talented I am in awe and it’s such a major factor in my attraction to her. She if a gift. Today I want to fuck Jessica Chastain.
