Ellie Rowsell is here because I had a dream last night.  It was weird and stuff but anyway, here she is.  I assume I had a dream about her because the other day I was talking to a friend who had never heard of Wolf Alice and I realized he needed to know about them.  Not because everyone in the world needs to, though I am sure I have some followers who think everyone in the world needs to (@wildflagsure) but because I know his music tastes.  I really know what he loved in the 90’s so I knew there were certain tracks like Moaning Lisa Smile that he would go nuts for.  So you know, I am on the phone digging up youtube videos to show in him and he went nuts for it.  I love sharing music, it was good.  I think that is how Ellie Rowsell got into my head though, she just snuck in there because I started thinking about the band.  Also watching music videos, which is not an activity I usually partake in.  So this is a celebration of music today and the joy of sharing music with people.  Frankly, that is the history of music to me, grabbing a friend and saying, “You have to hear this”.  Everyone remembers who showed them this band or that and it’s this really cool bond.  It’s been that way since I was a kid.  Today I want to fuck Ellie Rowsell.
