So recently @she-goes-to-eleven discovered Aly Michalka through the magic of iZombie and it was fun to watch her realize that Aly Michalka is one of those preternaturally pretty people that the more you look at her face the more blown away by it you are.  It was fun to hear once again how right I was when I had told her she would appreciate Aly on the show.  And I appreciate her on it because honestly it has shown me a depth to her acting ability I didn’t know was there.  I think it is an example of how many actors just need some material to work with to really show what they can do and I feel safe saying Rob Thomas is the best writer she has worked with.  So that’s nice.  Also what’s nice is that she finally has an album coming out because it means we got a photoshoot. Thank god.  This was the other subject of discussion, that yes Aly is very pretty but her moment in the sun seems to have been 8-10 years ago now so pictures of her are rarer and rarer.  Also, I am happy for fans of her music.  It’s one of those stupid things about how the current system works.  Aly and her sister wanted to make music, they have a fan base that I have seen for years begging for new music and… they couldn’t get an album made because… bullshit.  I mean, I get that their fan base probably isn’t that huge but in this modern era that really shouldn’t matter.  It’s so easy to get stuff out there but you end up with contracts and rules and nonsense.  So I am happy for people who wanted it and happy for Aly and happy that there should be at least a little bit of promoting around it.  That’s good for me.  Today I want to fuck Aly Michalka.
